Team Fundraising Management

Step I - Sign up HERE for your FREE account and choose the Annual Team Plan. Be sure to enter your PayPal account in the registration field (signup for an account HERE), and to also enter FREE in the promo field in the checkout! Close out the process by submitting a team title. Visitors will need this to login and join the team.

Your team will have five (5) FREE fundraiser formats to choose from - NCAA bracket buster, football squares, auctions, donation pages, or raffles. All are 100% free, and offer direct payment options to the team manager's PayPal account - members/donors/friends can complete their payments to managers directly with a debit/credit card.


Step II - Once your account is set, login and go to the "my fundraiser" menu item. This will open the team manager dashboard and you can then add parents, donors, and friends contact information (name and email address) at the "Add New Team Members" button (see below).

Please note that team members cannot login in and participate until they have an active account. The easiest way to get them up and running is to add them yourself - it's fast and easy! Once you add them into the system they'll receive a direct email welcoming them to the platform with their login credentials that you've setup for them.


Step III - With your team members/donors/friends setup into the system, you can begin building your fundraisers! In the manager dashboard login you can scroll down and click on the tabs for whichever fundraiser you choose. See the example button below to add a new football squares fundraiser:


 It's that simple to get your team management fundraising platform up and running! Once you get started you'll have the following tools to work with:

  1. Send direct emails through the platform to individual team members, or to your whole team with updates, fundraiser information, or collection reminders.
  2. Keep all your records for team finances front and center in the "team accounting" section. Add in external expenses and export your records to an excel spreadsheet to make sure your budget is balanced!
  3. Join other teams by simply entering their team title (supplied by the team manager).
